We are a general contracting firm specializing in architecture and engineering. We are based in Brescia and were founded by architect Matteo Defendini. We design residential, commercial and industrial spaces, combining expertise in architecture, urban planning and design from a multidisciplinary perspective. We operate throughout the Lombardy region, as well as nationally and internationally, thanks to our network of local partners. Our focus is on innovative materials and technologies, enabling us to deliver sustainable, tailored solutions that are deeply integrated into the environmental and cultural context of each project.

ARCHITECTURAL, INTERIOR AND URBAN DESIGN SERVICES

We manage each project in-house, from the initial concept to construction management and all building, energy and cadastral procedures. Our integrated approach allows us to ensure quality, consistency and close attention to the needs of each client, whether the project is a new build or the renovation of an existing building, or whether the focus is on interior or landscape design.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FOR RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

We develop bespoke projects for new constructions, renovations and restoration work on existing buildings in Brescia and beyond.

Each project is managed from feasibility studies through to construction management and final inspection. In this way, we ensure optimized timelines, costs and aesthetic results by prioritizing energy efficiency, user comfort and material quality.

URBAN ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN

We design functional, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable public and private spaces. Our work includes master plans, subdivision plans, squares, green spaces and urban furnishings, ensuring that each project is integrated into its natural and architectural surroundings, paying special attention to accessibility, safety and enhancing the local environment.

CUSTOM INTERIOR DESIGN

We create interiors that reflect our clients’ identity by combining aesthetics, functionality and attention to detail. We manage every element of new constructions, renovations and restyling projects, including lighting, finishes, flooring, fixtures and custom furnishings.
