Project goals
The project aims to complete and enhance a structure that had remained unfinished for a long time, transforming it into a functional building for offices and commercial spaces. The goal is to create a contemporary, professional, and recognizable hub that integrates into the urban fabric and meets the needs of its future users.
Site conditions
The site currently consists of a reinforced concrete frame left unfinished, without any finishes. This urban void represented a point of degradation and discontinuity, with untapped potential both functionally and aesthetically.
Design approach
The project involves completing the building by defining interior spaces and modular facades, made of repetitive elements that structure the architectural rhythm. The overall image aims for simplicity and elegance, with a modern language that brings order and contemporary character to the complex.
Details and materials
The facades will feature regular metal modules, creating a dynamic and geometric effect, alternating with large glazed surfaces that allow ample natural light into the interior spaces.
