Project goals
To create a modern, functional, and bright residential space, integrating the view of Lake Iseo into the design of the interiors.
Site conditions
The apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building in Sulzano, had an outdated layout with traditional partition walls, obsolete systems, and dated finishes.
Design approach
The core of the renovation was the creation of a large open space. The interiors were reorganized functionally: on one side of the central living area are a hallway, guest bathroom, and bedroom; on the other side, a master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The apartment is naturally illuminated through existing openings, as well as a new large sliding door in the living room that connects directly to the lake-view terrace.
Details and materials
Smooth surfaces and resin floors give the space a modern, urban look, while wooden frames and furniture add warmth and contrast. The design emphasizes natural light and optimized ventilation, creating bright, functional interiors with a strong visual connection to the outdoors.
