A detailed renovation of a penthouse in the heart of Brescia, suspended between sky and city. The project redesigns the interior spaces with custom solutions and enhances the two large terraces with spectacular views.

Project goals
The project aims to transform a tenth-floor penthouse into an elegant, functional space strongly connected to the urban panorama. The goal is to maximize the potential of the existing layout, redistributing functions smoothly and integrating custom furniture for maximum comfort and usability.
Site conditions
The apartment has a square plan and two large terraces with privileged city views. However, the interior layout needed rationalization to improve functionality, especially in the corridors adjacent to the stairwell, which were too narrow to be fully utilized.
Design approach
The project focuses on customizing spaces with tailored furniture designed to meet the specific functional needs of the penthouse. Corridors become active spaces: one is transformed into a fully equipped kitchen, the other into a walk-in closet. The living room and bedroom, separated by a double-sided wardrobe, both open to the outside through large windows, while the terraces extend naturally from the interior, designed for relaxation, socializing, and wellbeing.
Details and materials
Elegant and contemporary finishes, clean lines, and a neutral color palette enhance the brightness of the spaces and frame the views. Materials such as light parquet flooring create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The terraces are designed with attention to detail, including a hot tub, outdoor dining areas, and relaxation zones, offering a complete living experience.
